Commercial Solar Pool Covers & Stainless Steel Rollers, Corrigin, WA

We've had a team out in the Wheatbelt region of WA this month for the supply and install of Commercial 525 Solar Pool Covers and Rollers at the Corrigin Swimming Pool.

The starting blocks were positioned right where the rollers needed to sit, meaning a standard setup wouldn’t allow the covers to clear them. Normally, we recommend positioning rollers at the non–starting block end of the pool. But, in this case, permanent shade structures at the opposite end meant there simply wasn’t enough space.

To make the starting-block end workable, we fitted the rollers with optional outriggers. These attach neatly to the roller and provide the extra height needed for the pool covers to glide smoothly over the blocks. The setup maintains full functionality while keeping everything stable and easy for staff to operate day-to-day.

Commercial Solar Pool Covers & Stainless Steel Rollers, Northam, WA

Next, the team travelled to Northam to replace two of the facility’s four pool covers and rollers. The new covers were cut to fit between the lane ropes to slot straight into their existing setup. The Shire of Northam was very happy with the outcome, and so were we!

525TB Solar Pool Cover & ST Roller, Perth, WA

Back in the metro area of WA, our installer Brock recently finished this job on a very unique pool that wrapped around the homeowner's alfresco.

The job involved two 525TB Titanium Blue Solar Pool Covers paired with an ST Pool Roller . But this pool wasn’t a simple rectangle. Its unique shape meant the cover needed to be cut and finished with precision to ensure a smooth roll-on and roll-off.

And then came the standout challenge; a small water feature positioned right in the roller’s usual clearance path.

To get around it, Brock fitted the ST Roller with adjustable legs, giving it the extra height needed to clear the water feature while still keeping the system stable, balanced and user-friendly. The adjustable legs are sold as Extras and able to be bought individually to adjust 1 roller leg on uneven ground. Or in this case, a pair to lift the overall roller height. The Adjustable Frames ASTS and ASTL make roller heights from 345mm - 745mm.

An awesome quality cover

Hi, I thought you might like some feedback on your pool covers! Our 400 micron Daisy is 7 years old and was going pretty strong – I honestly think it had one or maybe 2 years still left in it – that was until is was shredded in a very bad hail storm recently. The hail was larger than golf ball size and many rooves in our area were smashed so we are not surprised it was damaged. It was always kept on the pool unless we were swimming and it’s on a roller that is covered from the sun. Yes it was getting a bit brittle but in general for 7 years we have to say it was an awesome quality cover. Thanks Daisy! Let’s hope the new generation of pool covers are even better. Cheers

Michelle
