Some pool shapes really like to keep things interesting. Curved edges, handrails, cut-outs — you name it, we’ve seen it! But for Daisy, that’s all part of the job. Thanks to our tried and trusted Curvilinear Precut Measuring System, even the trickiest pool designs can get a perfectly fitted Daisy cover, every time.

A great example is the Tamworth Regional Council project. Their pool — just 13.5m x 6.1m — came with a seriously funky shape, handrails at the entry and sweeping curves around the edges. The council needed a new ThermoTech Blue (TTB) commercial-grade cover supplied, but didn’t have the budget for an extra roller. No problem. We helped them split the cover in half so it could work with their existing roller in a clever piggyback setup. Using the Daisy Solar/Thermal Precut Measure Form, the council team measured the pool, sent it through with a photo, and we confirmed every curve and corner before production.

The best part — the council told us how easy it was to measure, and how perfectly the cover fit once installed.

525TB Titanium Blue Solar Pool cover with FM Mobile Roller,

Our 525TB Titanium Blue Solar Pool Cover was paired with the mobile FM Pool Roller for this unique pool design. The roller needed to be positioned well over the spa, to ensure it picked up the cover at the widest point possible. This enabled a single cover to extend into the spa area. With the elevated rear wall to the pool edge, our installer had no choice but to go for a swim to complete the final onsite trimming to the curved wall. It took a bit of time (and some Spiderman action!) to get the trimming just right around the pool.
