Whether it’s a curved edge, steps, cut-outs or an irregular shape, Daisy’s Precut Measure Form allows almost any domestic pool to be accurately measured and precut without complicated equipment or guesswork.

The process doesn’t require specialist tools - just careful measuring and attention to the form. The layout guides you step by step. To support the measurements, a couple of photos are needed to show the pool’s orientation and overall shape. These images don’t need to be technical, they simply help confirm details like steps, curves and access points.

How We Make It Happen

Once Daisy receives the completed form and photos, the information is loaded into our CAD system. This allows us to digitally recreate the exact pool shape, ensuring the cover will sit correctly once installed. Before anything is cut, we send the digital shape back for approval. This extra step provides peace of mind, giving you the chance to confirm everything looks right before production begins.

After approval, the cover is robotically pre-cut for maximum accuracy. During installation, minor trimming can be done manually to the edges of the cover as necessary.
