White and Brittle - When a Pool Cover has had its Day
Why has the pool cover gone white and brittle? This is an image of an extreme example of a pool cover that has been damaged by chlorine that has gone white and brittle. It will even start to disintegrate when it reaches the end of its life span. Daisy’s UltraDome technology helps it kick on but what’s next?
See the cover pictured? It has been so badly bleached with chlorine that it has gone almost completely white!
Trademarked technology working to the end
Daisy’s trademarked UltraDome technology ensures that there are not weak points if properly installed and used. Without any weak points, the Daisy UltraDome wears out evenly so the cover continues to be effective, even in situations like this when the cover has been drastically over chlorinated.
Notice how the bubbles on the underside of the pool cover have not ‘popped’ out the base of the bubble leaving tell-tale little disk’s in the pool? With the trademarked technology, they have worn away evenly giving it the longest possible usable life.
Eventually however, all pool covers will have to be replaced irrespective of Daisy’s quality. For further information, please contact us.
