Daisy takes pool store training on-site in Brisbane

The best way to learn is by getting hands on with a real Daisy job. And that’s exactly what was offered to Clark Rubber Virginia’s local pool tech by Lee, our Daisy Area Manager.

Meeting up at Bridgeman Downs in Brisbane’s northside, this training opportunity focuses on the installation of the Powered Daisy Under-Bench Roller and pool cover. 

Unpacking the roller, it was great to see that the customer had opted for the stunning Charcoal Shimmer bench colour – the perfect complement to the black roof of the pool house and home. 

From a sales point of view, it is worth noting that the Daisy Power version of the UBR is a practical lifestyle piece of furniture. Set up in the pool house, it doesn’t compromise on space. Instead, it provides ample seating at the pool’s edge while also simplifying the covering/uncovering of the pool as well as providing easy pool cover storage.

Back to the training, an opportunity like this provides pool techs with a step-by-step process that clearly demonstrates both the assembly and benefits of Daisy products. 

It’s also a great experience for those wanting to improve customer engagement, giving you the confidence to manage questions and feedback along the way. As with all Daisy installs, we involve the owners in a comprehensive demo of their new product. At this stage, it’s not just about functionality, but also about reminding our customers of the ongoing benefits and enjoyment they will get out of their purchase.

In the end, it’s great to see that Daisy makes for happy customers. In this case, they were excited to share their ideas around landscaping and also some tips on bringing some outdoor cushions to decorate the new bench seating in the pool house.
