Canning Pool and Pump Centre, Kelmscott

Last year, we had a bit of a misunderstanding with one of our customers - Canning Pool and Pump Centre in Kelmscott. After a miscommunication around a pro-rata warranty replacement cover, they let us know how unhappy they were and then started to use a competitor. Once we found out about this, we decided to take measures to fix the situation.

Firstly, we noticed that Shane (our installer for over 15 years) was a customer of Canning Pool and Pump Centre, so we decided that if they did place an order we would make sure that Shane was the one to complete it. 

However, we have only just discovered how far our local team actually went to rebuild this customer relationship. Our staff member, Shannon Walker, has been stopping by the store on her way home to drop off refit kits, over covers, small covers, and anything else they needed. This prompted John, who works at Canning Pool and Pump Centre, to get in touch and let us know how great our service has been lately. He acknowledged that these tasks were not part of her job and said he really appreciated her taking that extra bit of effort when it wasn’t expected. 

So, we want to say a huge thank you to Shannon Walker for her devoted attention to our customers! It’s an awesome example of someone who cares about our customers and goes the extra mile just because she can. Thanks to Shannon, we now have a great relationship with this customer once again.
